got my wisdom teeth, taken out by Dr. Arocha I got one of my bottom ones taken out at their other location in plantation about a year ago and I got my top two taken out this time. It was a super quick procedure and everyone in the office was super helpful and nice from the front desk to the assistant to the doctor and the office is beautiful and clean would definitely recommend to go to Coral Ridge smile

I’ve been coming to the dentist office for a little over a year. The establishment is very clean. All of the staff are very attentive and knowledgeable in what they do. They have been very helpful in helping me navigate through Invisalign. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone looking for a primary dentist.

Called to schedule a 3d scan that would be viewable by dentists in the area I am moving to. Paid a decent amount of money for a CD that has to be physically brought to another dentist rendering the whole reason of getting the 3d scan useless. I have had plenty of other 3d scans I was able to send to any other doctors office to be viewed prior to procedures etc. Not with this company. Disclaimer: I only went for a usable scan no dental work done there.

As a physician in the community, I understand the nuances with medical practices and billing. The dentists here are actually quite good from a technical standpoint and this is the only reason I’m giving this practice two stars. Unfortunately, they do not monitor patient feedback or understand how their office staff interacts with patients. The front office staff is rude and disrespectful, they ghost their patients and actively ignore requests for clarification surrounding billing practices. On three separate occasions I requested to speak to a dentist either by phone or when I personally came into the office regarding some issues I was having with sensitivity. I got no responses. Took two months to be refunded money I was owe’d. They take tons of payments upfront essentially as micro-loans using the guise of actual snail mail as the reason for delay. This was after I called my insurance company several times who assured me that they had already submitted payment within a week of services rendered. In an age of technology most practices are able to do 99% of this electronically. Also, there is no online charting system. You are unable to really view your office visits or note
